Mark Chadbourne Paintings

In my paintings I create visually challenging & attention-grabbing compositions, often incorporating an edgy quality that will interest and draw in the viewer.  I am inspired by lean and distinct architectural outlines which incorporate geometric shapes, forms, colors, and relationships.  With divergent lines and solidly colorful shapes, I attempt to paint an imposed order and design that does not necessarily exist in the natural world.
